The innovative design of the Plugger Aerator is what makes this Coring Aerator so unique. Each of tine wheels turn independently for a short turning radius, and reducing stress on the equipment. Unlike spike aerators that actually compacts soil, this Aerator pulls a true core up to 4 inches deep, allowing your lawn to release gasses, and loosens the soil so water and nutrients are able to penetrate down to the roots. This Aerator should last a homeowner a life time. It weights 135 lbs.
Air filled tires can be lowered to raise plugger up for going over sidewalks or driveways but simply pulling the lever up and locking.
These tines are different than most tines because they have no gap where the tines penetrate the ground. This keeps foreign objects from building up in this cavity. Take a close look and you'll see the difference.
